Today we did pause breath smile and in this program we learn to get calm in times when you are angry. The first thing that we did was sit on the mat with our eyes closed. We focused on our breathing and the sounds we could hear. After a few minutes our teacher told us to slowly open our eyes and say how we felt. I felt very calm and focused.
