kiwi can
Today my class and I we had kiwi can so first played a game called buddy up. So first we had to find a buddy and one had to go in front then the other person has to be in the back, so the teacher had to call out say buddy up, buddy down, switch and sit. After all that me and my buddy jino came 6th. and then we wrote our goals. Finally we played master thanks for reading.

Pause breath smile
Today we did pause breath smile and in this program we learn to get calm in times when you are angry. The first thing that we did was sit on the mat with our eyes closed. We focused on our breathing and the sounds we could hear. After a few minutes our teacher told us to slowly open our eyes and say how we felt. I felt very calm and focused.
